Who operates this site

Garda Studio is the trading name of Dmytro Shubchynskyi, who operates this site. Privacy questions can be sent to support@garda-studio.com.

Information processed

This website provides no user accounts, comments, newsletter subscriptions or public report listings and does not intentionally set first-party analytics cookies. If you contact the studio by email, the sender address, message, and any information you include are processed to answer the request and maintain the related correspondence.

The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request data such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser headers, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site.

Problem reports from Garda Studio applications

When you choose Send report in Garda AI Desktop, Commandless, UsageLeaf or Garda Enterprise Control Plane, the product, your description, app version, platform, recent error codes and diagnostic identifiers are sent privately to Garda Studio over HTTPS. A report from the startup screen also includes a generic failure code and, when available, the numbered startup step. Raw error messages, project files and terminal output are not automatically attached. You can review the complete report before sending it. An email address for a reply is optional. Please remove passwords, API keys or other sensitive information from your description. Report references identify the product: GR-… for Garda AI Desktop, CMD-… for Commandless, UL-… for UsageLeaf, and ENT-… for Garda Enterprise Control Plane.

Enterprise Console relays reports through its authenticated control-plane backend, which does not forward company records, session credentials or the browser IP address. The rate limit applies to the installation’s outgoing IP address. Cloudflare processes and stores reports for Garda Studio. The private report database and notification queue expire after 30 days. A task runs every ten minutes to remove expired data in batches; cleanup can be delayed when service capacity is limited. Expired reports are excluded from new notifications. Cloudflare processes the request IP address to deliver and protect the service; Garda Studio stores only a daily rotating keyed hash for report rate limits, and schedules these counters for removal two hours after their hourly window ends. Reports are used to investigate problems and improve the app. They are not automatically published to GitHub or made available to other users.

Email notifications are processed by Resend and sent to Garda Studio through Porkbun email forwarding and Gmail. One daily email contains the complete accumulated reports. Cloudflare Free database recovery history can retain earlier data for up to seven days, and Resend retains email and log data for 30 days. Email copies and replies form part of support correspondence and follow the retention terms below. If you use Email reports as a fallback, your own email provider also processes the message. You can request deletion by contacting the studio and giving the report reference, even if you did not provide a reply email.

Embedded video

The Garda Agent Orchestrator and Garda AI Desktop pages show demo videos from YouTube. Until you press play, each page shows a preview image hosted on this site and sends nothing to YouTube or Google.

When you press play, the player loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Your browser then connects to servers of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC in the USA, which receive your IP address and the address of the page. YouTube may also store information on your device and process viewing data under the Google Privacy Policy. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer, watch the video on YouTube directly through the link below the player.

Project site for Garda Agent Orchestrator

This notice also covers the project site garda-workflow.netlify.app, run by the same operator. It is hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the USA, which processes ordinary request data such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and browser headers to deliver and protect the site. That site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Its demo video works as described under Embedded video: nothing is sent to YouTube or Google until you press play.

Use, retention, and sharing

Information is used only to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold. Email correspondence and operational logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to provider settings and applicable law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held through direct correspondence, subject to applicable legal exceptions, by emailing the address above.

Apps and products

This notice covers the website and the problem report service described above. Apps published by Garda Studio describe how they handle other data in their own policies, such as the DayTandem Privacy Policy and the Commandless Privacy Policy.

Changes

This notice will be updated before adding accounts, analytics, further embedded third-party services, mailing lists, payment flows, or other features that materially change data processing.
